Founded in 2013 by Marc A. Ross, Brigadoon was born out of genuine frustration — too much time with the same people, thinking the same way. Too many panels, too much posturing, too little actual thinking.

The premise is simple: connect entrepreneurs, subject matter experts, and civic leaders who believe in the power of conversation and embrace curiosity. I built Brigadoon to be the room I wanted to be in.

Brigadoon organizes PowerPoint-free discussions, salon dinners, and multi-day retreats that foster deeper knowledge and the kind of connections that compound over time.
